Greens Finance Inc
Greens Finance Inc provides high-quality investments
in alternative energy, renewable energy, and clean
technology companies.
Our Greens Finance investment policies are materially different from
other funds. However like many funds, the Greens Finance seeks
long-term capital gains by investing in common stocks and makes
investments in a wide range of industries and in companies of all
sizes.
We invest in solar energy, biomass, energy conservation, fuel cells,
modern wind turbines and recycling. Hydroelectric, wind and
geothermal power are old an efficient alternative energy sources. We
invest in them. All of these sources make for a cleaner environment
and movement to energy independence.
The Fund's goal is to invest 50% or more of assets in companies involved in alternative energy. That percentage may not always be achieved. There are presently a limited number of likely cost competitive companies from which to choose.
The greater the use of alternative energy, our advisors believe, the more competitive it will be. Hydrocarbon fuels are still required. Of these fuels, we prefer natural gas, which is the cleanest hydrocarbon, and we invest in it. Natural gas is the most used fuel for fuel cells at this time.

DOMINICA |
Dominica nick named the Nature Island, and
not to be confused with the Spanish speaking Dominican
Republic is situated in the Eastern Caribbean between
Martinique to the south and Guadeloupe to the north. The
island nation got its full independence from Britain in
November of 1978 and has the status of a democratic
republic.
The offshore financial services sector as a vehicle for economic growth was recognized in the latter half of the 1990's. World class legislation which governs the formation of tax free offshore international business corporations was passed in 1996, that is the IBC Act of the 26th of June, 1996. The IBC Act offers some of the most progressive and flexible offshore legislation, for incorporating in Dominica, that can be found anywhere else in the world. While Dominica is a relative new comer as a Tax Haven, Dominica incorporating services are highly efficient. Investors have recognized the benefits being offered for an IBC in Dominica and are being attracted in larger numbers every year. |
